Playing poker is illegal in Iran. In fact all sorts of gambling are. So you cant find any casino or poker room in this country.
This situation has pushed eager players toward online poker sites. As Iran is in gray zone in big poker sites measures and these sites don’t accept players from so called grey countries [ countries where gambling has not being fully legalized ] there are dozens of Iranian poker sites which try to take benefit of this situation and present poker rooms for Iranian poker players to play in.
